Some of the people working there are very talented, but they usually don't stick around for too long

No work-life balance whatsoever, no transparency regarding bonuses or salaries, the company's strategy and culture is not to attract and retain talent, but to oversell and use people as much as possible and force them to deliver with impossible deadlines.
