Pros
Casual working environment which somehow motivate employee to work more effective. The Malaysia office is located at Mid Valley, no worries for expensive lunch, most of the staff is quite friendly.
Cons
Salary wise, recently heard that management is trying to cut cost, which means don't expect for high increment or bonus. Part time staff don't enjoy much benefits, example during monthly birthday party, Jamuan Hari Raya, annual dinner, part time staff strictly not allow to participate.
