Unprofessional office - Project Supervisor Ipsos Employee Review

Pros

Highly flexible to a point when shifts are available, although only to folk the management hand pick for this privilege when shifts are tight. Everyone is on zero hours contracts (no one is freelance, regardless if they may "feel" they are, this is legally and contractually not the case) apart from the managers, so there is a degree of freedom to come and go as you please within a 3 month period, provided shifts are available.

Cons

There is an extreme amount of unprofessional behaviour on the shop floor, there is a link between this and many negative elements of the job. Management are very selective with the support and understanding they give the telephone interviewers (who are all zero hours based and not freelance). Managers also put an extreme amount of pressure to deliver results. There is often a victim and blame culture which adds to toxic environment. The stressful nature of being a supervisor means that it is not recommended if you have mental health issues or don't deal well with stress. The management are only interested in results and you are left feeling you're nothing more than an Employee number, than a person.
