Firstly its about the sister company MMA and not Ipsos that I want to point out. The name of Ipsos is going bad due to MMA. This MMA company run by 2people is a slavehouse. Every year they hire some fresher and some extra experienced outsourced resource. But just after a year of extracting work them, they will kick off the off-campus hires stating any nonsense. The work timings are 365days and no holidays. They make u work for 14-16hours dangling a U.S on-site carrot in front of you. Even in H1 visa you are placed on-site for 3-6months to work your blood off at U.S
