Management pays lip service to the ideal that people are their greatest asset, but their actions do not reflect this premise. Long hours, little to no appreciation or recognition and far too much emphasis on revenue. Management is willing to turn a blind eye to unprofessional and totally inappropriate behavior as long as the BU's financial performance meets or exceeds expectations.
