Pros
There were lots of HR initiatives which showed they cared about the people and trying to fix the problems that arose in employee surveys. The work was enjoyable and there was always a great sense of teamwork.
Cons
There seemed to be difficulty embracing and implementing innovation in research processes. There was also high turnover in analyst roles which constantly impacted more senior roles.
