interesting clients and topics, company has got good reputation and people are generally friendly and supportive

Salary is ridiculously low for junior staff considered the contribution they provide, skills and expertise. Will often do the majority of the work from admin to project delivery to reporting. Career progression not based on merit but rather on set 'milestones' i.e. promotion only after 18 months in the previous position. no significant nor useful benefits package (what can you do with a £600 wine delivery service when you can barely pay your bills?) Bright grads - stay away! go somewhere where you will be paid for your efforts
