Pros

Nothing worth putting across on glassdoor.

Cons

My experience at Ipsos was deeply disappointing and, at times, distressing. Regardless of prior experience or seniority, decision-making autonomy appeared limited, with a heavy top-down approach driven primarily by the US leadership team. This often left little room for independent thinking or professional judgment at the local level. The work environment felt highly pressured, with instances where team members—particularly those early in their careers—struggled to cope with expectations and workload. I personally witnessed situations where individuals were visibly overwhelmed and seeking relief, which raises serious concerns about team well-being and support systems. There also seemed to be strong internal group dynamics and informal networks that influenced workplace interactions, which may create challenges for inclusivity and fair collaboration. In addition, leadership behavior at times came across as authoritative rather than supportive, contributing to a culture that could feel intimidating. From a professional growth standpoint, I found limited opportunities for meaningful learning or exposure to forward-looking tools and technologies. For an organization operating in analytics and marketing measurement, the lack of emphasis on innovation and capability building was surprising. In retrospect, many of these concerns are reflected in public reviews on platforms like Glassdoor. Unfortunately, I underestimated their relevance before joining. I would advise potential candidates to carefully evaluate their priorities before accepting an offer. If stability is the only immediate concern, it may still be worth considering—but go in with clear expectations and caution.

Pros

Plenty of opportunities and various locations

Cons

You work your tail off using gas, mileage, time, energy, tolls, and consistent but the authenticator who sit in the comfort of their home find any and everything wrong with the survey you fill out. Then, you don't get paid. Their portal that you are supposed to use while on location has connectivity issues or whatever reason they decide to blame it on. So far, I've lost $500.00 with this company. There are many other mystery shopping companies who don't try to cheat you out of money. If I had to guess, they use your pictures and get THEIR money but won't pay their contractors. I would suggest shopping for any other company besides Ipsos!
