Cons
Overwhelming, slow and painful bureaucracy, including really clunky finance platforms. Claims to be a tech-forward company, but the AI strategy is very basic compared to competitors. Company executives are encouraging uptake, but in practice, middle managers are resistant to changing work practices, leaving adoption very uneven. Expectation of long hours for more senior people, which would be easier to stomach if pay and reward were more generous. Currently has very discouraging outlook for promotion.
