Pros
The development program was incredibly helpful and effective for growth, especially for individuals coming out of college and wanting to get their foot in the door with medical sales with a strong company. The culture is amazing and they definitely care for people as individuals and respect work/life balance.
Cons
The path they put you on is pretty unpredictable near the end. It is not a very secure job and you could end up out of the program pretty easily if you are not willing to follow their exact structure. It is pretty cut throat and someone going through this program needs to be willing to receive harsh criticism and understand that favoritism exists there
