Store Manager - Store Manager Invicta Watch Group Employee Review

Soo let’s talk about the cons. You will be on your own I worked for invicta for almost a year. I’ve been thru 4 different area managers. 65% of the time I didn’t even have an area manager. I literally ran a store with no support. Then soon as a problem arises that you had no idea about they say it’s in the HR manual that you signed but never read. They have you send important HR document thru your phone. With peoples social security number. They have no structure. They change commission every month. They have you focus on selling invincibles so if they go out of business it’s all profit. This company sent me to the wolves and I survived for a while with no help. They have no training manuals I literally had to have my ASM make training files. I traveled to so many states to help stores. They have no control on there Inventory. They get rid of anyone they can’t control. If your not posting in a group chat your not doing your job I’m sorry I thought I was suppose to be selling watches. This company is on its way out the owner is so greedy. You have to compete with Evine which has Invicta watches at 75% of the price we’re selling them for, but they say the deals make up for it no they don’t not if you want just one watch. They don’t have any price matches and there prices are all over the place . Also everyone in this company worked with everyone before the national sales manager was in the Vice Presidents wedding and it’s one big Cult! Thankful for the opportunity because it taught me a lot. I will never work like a slave for anyone like this again. You get no hours for payroll, so they make you stand in a kiosk by yourself for hours and you get a phone call if you go take a bathroom break. This is one job where you will be on your own corporate is impossible to talk to you have to have an area manager cc on every email to get a response. All in all I pray a invicta gets it together for there sake.
