Interview
I answered an ad and exchanged several emails to set up an interview with their GM.
I drove an hour and a half to get there early to interview with "The GM”. When she saw I was a middle aged white guy she decided to take a conference call instead of talking to me. She sent 2 young female employees to speak with we. The first asked why did I want to work there but she didn't write any of my responses down. The second young lady introduced herself and then quickly told me if they decided to move me to the next step, they would send me a email with a link for a background check. It was like being a cheerleader and the mean girls just told me I didn’t make the cut. The person I was supposed to interview with never came over or introduced herself ,she just glared at me from 15 feet away as she was on the phone. IF THEY HAD NO INTENTION OF INTERVIEWING ME, THEY SHOULDN'T HAVE REQUESTED AN INTERVIEW WITH ME. Then I drove an hour and a half back.
