      Pros

      Invesco offeres a strong benefit package with excellent vacation plans and 401(k) contribution. They treat their employees fairly and value promotion from within.

      Cons

      Because of the economy, bonuses and raises were very limited and it seems as though the pay is on the lower side of the market.
