Pros
very friendly staff, wonderful company culture, and great working conditions. The benefits packages and bonuses are also good. No weekends so you always get the weekend for yourself.
Cons
My only con is the pay. It is too small for the amount of work done. There is also lowkey nepotism and hard to advance if you aren't popular among the people even if you are the best match. (they all went to the same high school so if you didn't you can't advance.)
