Senior MDs lack any strategic thinking except for cut costs and sell parts of the business at a loss. This is a dying company which lacks any strategy. They hire any friend that will take the job. Anyone that challenges the status quo or has a vision above theirs is laid off. All good leaders have left as well. This is like the 3rd string in charge.
