Pros
Great sales team and management. Supported very well from a skilled engineering team. Hopefully schneider are going to start investing in the future of the key brands.
Cons
Having to work for senior people that don't understand sales and go out of their way to halt your career progression. The company does suffer from delusions of grandeur when comparing themselves to other vendors.
