We were taken as part of TUPE and since they have gone from bad to worse. They failed to take the day to day from Wescot for over a year because their all singing dancing system wasn't fit for purpose. They made commitment to keep the existing office in Bolton at point of transfer, which they later disclosed this was never the case. Moved to Manchester to increase the employee quality which actually lost valued employees and results on the quality audits show more low performance employees being taken on as their replacements. This also included the company currently being taken to court due to the failing to offer fair redundancy payments. End of the first year once they had actually taken over, they promoted bonuses which they failed to pay out fully due to overspending in other areas of the business. Then this year they have the money, but have delayed paying twice so far and left an opt out to delay it even further. Overall a company that cant keep their word if they can see saving a few pounds for the management
