Pros
Good pay, easy product, can have fun hosting events and being exposed to entry level sales. Product is so simple that AI can most likely replace the sales team.
Cons
- lots of internal team drama - middle managers that dont know how to manage or sell - leadership dont know how to manage or sell - favoritism - product is directly tied to market, if market is down, you wont get a single deal. - management can’t correlate business outcomes, understand expansions or deal values. They don’t understand the business or the buying persona. (Some never carried a bag).
