Pros
Great opportunities ahead for this company. The software dev team has a smart & energized group of people. They are heading in the right direction. Didn't work out for me personally for some reasons, but I would recommend getting onboard.
Cons
There's a lot to do. Many opportunities means lots of projects. It's a good thing but it can be challenging.
