I do not recommend this company as a place for professional growth. My time there was marked by a significant lack of challenging projects and a stagnant work routine. This is compounded by below-market salaries with no clear path for raises or promotions. Furthermore, the internal culture can be quite unprofessional, with management and colleagues often engaging in gossip and unconstructive criticism behind others' backs, which creates a toxic environment.
