Pros

Co workers, having the weekend off.

Cons

Pay, management does not care about you. PTO policy is horrible, I heard they recently had changed it to 6 months to start accruing PTO so it took me that long to even get any pto which is so discouraging. Training was OK but they don't tell you how to work with other counties and don't really make it a comfortable environment to ask questions. If you're sick, guess what? You gotta use pto. Have a kid? They don't care one bit. If you don't have pto you have to tell them you gotta quit then since they won't give you time as a single parent to take care of your sick kid. Clients are the least of your problems with this job. I worked at the Boulder office. Glad I don't work there anymore. They make you really earn this entry level criminal justice job because it will consumer your mental wellbeing for the pay of a McDonald's worker. Computers are from the early 2000s so you'll need to restart your computer 7x to get to your emails. Just overall a crappy office place.
