      The company gives opportunities to take on work and responsibilities I never knew I was capable of. Management listens, and I always feel heard and valued. Salary is always on time. Supportive environment that encourages growth.

      Workload can sometimes be challenging as you take on new responsibilities (but it helps with growth). Processes could be more streamlined at times
