I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Intervene K-12 in Dec 2022
Interview
The first step would be an initial Pre-Screen Interview, where the recruiter or HR representative would inquire about your work experience and qualifications for the job. After the initial screening, the next step would be a Case Study Problem, where you would be presented with a real-world scenario that you might face in the role. As a Product Manager, you would be expected to prepare a detailed plan outlining your approach to solve the problem, including the product strategy, roadmap, user research, and metrics to measure success. Once you have submitted your plan, the next stage would be the Case Study Panel Presentation, where you would be expected to present your plan to a group of senior product leaders or executives. This is an opportunity for you to showcase your communication skills, presentation abilities, and overall thought process. Finally, the last stage of the interview process would be the Interview with the CEO. This is a critical stage where you can demonstrate your strategic thinking, business acumen, and leadership potential. In this interview, you would typically be expected to discuss your previous work experience, your management style, your approach to stakeholder management, your vision for the product, and your overall fit with the company culture.
