Pros

There are a few extremely competent and professional people that work here. Unfortunately, their tenure is short lived. The public facing mission is wonderful.

Cons

The executive leadership team is incompetent inexperienced and has very limited knowledge of the education space. The CEO is quick to shift the blame to other departments and individuals instead of being a true leader and holding himself accountable. There is limited space that allows for autonomy and individualism. It’s the CEO’s way or no way. As stated, quality individuals start with the company quickly understand the toxic environment and leave within 2-3 months. The product is not ready for prime time and the CEO doesn't have the resources to invest in it. The churn of employees is averaging one per week. Instead of replacing the employees who leave with full time employees, the company hires contractors. There have been multiple weeks when those contractors haven't been paid on time. It makes me question the solvency of the company.
