      4 weeks vacation the first year

      Cons

      Unfortunately, they dictate over half of your vacation time as a little of jobs are cancelled in the winter time. They'll lie to you and tell you only a few jobs have a late afternoon start time when over half the work is at night. My tools were taken by another employee out of the company van, on company property and they refused to replace them. The work will start to feel pointless after a while since 75% of the time you're not even doing the test the right way. Outdoor work using water. Be prepared to freeze

      Good group of people in local office.

      Cons

      Stuck in the past. Unwilling to consider updating methods or procedures. "We've done it this way for 30 years and it has worked." Sales relies upon project engineers to do most of their work for them. When volume of work is slow that becomes the engineers responsibility to go find new clients. Can't reliably pay the most basic of utility bills on time. I've seen the power cut off 2x and the gas this past winter.
