The only pros about working for Intertek are that you have some decent people who work there , and the holiday entitlement is okay

The advice to middle and upper management is make everything at all your offices generic every office thinks it king of the castle. The mentality of the hole group needs to change it either put up or do one . If you rise an issue which you think is relevant to job you are told that you have bad attitude , Most regional offices are run by supervisior's and mangers who rely on threats and intimidation, Whilst there I witness a supervisior threaten an employee with physical assault managers respone was it your word against his.Unless you are going to be homeless and destitute run a million miles from this company
