Pros

Great as an entry job for a fresh college student. No experience is necessary. Easy to learn basic how to input data, save data and manipulate data. Free coffee,

Cons

Need to up-date old projects files. Work as intern. Accept from your experienced coworkers lots of mistakes. Here including missing data for the assigned project, receiving wrong working details, lots of challenging comments that will not apply to you but realizing that there is a toxic environment. One must perform the $36 K in projects / Month. This is the rule only for the engineers to be considered productive. There will be no projects to do and there will be no data to finish even old projects. The Managers just are looking to the stock market values.

Pros

Good group of people in local office.

Cons

Stuck in the past. Unwilling to consider updating methods or procedures. "We've done it this way for 30 years and it has worked." Sales relies upon project engineers to do most of their work for them. When volume of work is slow that becomes the engineers responsibility to go find new clients. Can't reliably pay the most basic of utility bills on time. I've seen the power cut off 2x and the gas this past winter.
