Pros
Some really impressive colleagues (experience, technical skills) and good quality service being offered to customers. External reputation in the market is strong. Brand heritage is very good. Staff shows integrity.
Cons
25% staff turnover per annum with a majority of voluntary leavers: losing a lot of talented people. Extreme performance culture with daily reporting on sales. Unrealistic targets for profitability and revenue growth which makes it hard to truly motivate staff. HR leadership and support is probably the most dysfunctional I have experienced in a career spanning 30 years. Lack of basic HR policies and no genuine passion for talent development. Very impatient Exec team.
