Pros

When there is work it is interesting and there is a great variety of it.

Cons

Abysmal PTO. When the sales are slow, employees go hungry. Management is ultra focused on short term profitability, no time can be spent on sales, marketing and development projects.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear that your experience with us led you to feel the company is primarily focused on profits rather than employee well-being. While financial performance is certainly important to the sustainability of any organization, we strongly believe that our people are at the core of our success. Employee experience, development, and engagement are critical priorities for us, and we're continuously working to improve in these areas based on the feedback we receive—both internally and externally.

Pros

Good group of people in local office.

Cons

Stuck in the past. Unwilling to consider updating methods or procedures. "We've done it this way for 30 years and it has worked." Sales relies upon project engineers to do most of their work for them. When volume of work is slow that becomes the engineers responsibility to go find new clients. Can't reliably pay the most basic of utility bills on time. I've seen the power cut off 2x and the gas this past winter.
