Cons
- You can never get approved for meaningful raises or promotions without waiting an unreasonable amount of time
- They pay the bottom rate for almost any position, the pay is nowhere near competitive
- The CEO makes decisions without thinking about the impact of the people at the company, she just makes choices without anyone's input and leaves her people to suffer trying to make it work
- The CEO is also making choices that put into question the longevity of the company
