Pros
Incredible people and intellect within the business and genuine opportunity for talent to shine. Demands hard work and focus but this is recognised and can be rewarded with significant career opportunities (role development / moving across business functions / significant opportunity to work in developed and emerging market environments). A business which absolutely operates as a true international organisation rather than one which presents itself as such and actually functions as a multi-regional / territorial one. Strong and improving management structure and employee engagement within the business and clear sense of direction starting to emerge.
Cons
Would like to see a stronger voice given to the young talent and diversity of skills that we bring into the business. Could massively boost business and personal value by not just adapting skill sets to the role hired for but learning how to embrace the broader abilities of great people.
