Pros
Good salary if you are willing to work in challenging (hostile, remote) environments and accept to be "supervised" by incompetent medical directors.
Cons
As the company is french the hierarchies are steep and mobbing happens more often than it should. Especially by the french colleagues one is judged rather by the physical appearance, gender, race and nationality than by the actual performance.
