Pros
Fast paced work, great work collegues (not top level Management) and variety of work.
Cons
Amongst many others...no leadership, treatment of staff, lack of corporate values, extreme nepotism. As the title suggests, its like the Mafia; unless your French, South African or a made guy, you dont matter! Regardless at how hopeless they are they are promoted regardless of ability.
