Pros
Great culture of diversity within the company. Lots of free food, opportunities for learning portals, friendly faces, flexible work hours and leniency to work according to your personal processes if the work gets done. Great paths for internal mobility
Cons
Top heavy management, decisions take a long time for all the cooks to get their pass at it, but so little is being processed at a technical level that those managers are too busy to make those decisions they're being looped in on. Global matrix structure means that business decisions and questions are coming in through the night and the morning. Budgets always feel strained.
