Pros
Not many, start off poor salaries compared to other companies and NOT good for LONDON cost of living. Holidays 22 days governments very MIN, BUPA healthcare again MIN cover the rest you pay yourself. Good foodie places close by if you want to spend 10 pounds a day) Break times outdoor areas of games, bizarre almost like watching robots at play.
Cons
Work 7 days a week, unless your in management, poor staff morale, bullying environment, they don't ask ''when'' or ''would'' or could'' its ''We Do'' and that's it. Take it or leave it. You 'might get asked' 'how do you feel about? but what they actually mean is ''This is how it will be or else. If your older than 35 forget it the majority of staff are under 35.
