Pros
Generally quite flexible in terms of working hours and work-life balance. I feel I can talk to my manager. Small perks - free coffee and tea, parking on site.
Cons
Lack of team spirit. Feel guilty for leaving work early or arriving later than usual. No real career plan or development in my area. Too much communication, not enough quality communication.
