      Compettive pay is about all I can say about IP but only paid once a month which sucks!

      Cons

      Terrible place for African Americans to work and try to advance. Very good ole boy environment and political to limiting your future. "Infinite possibilities" is blatant lie!

      Able to work remotely from Home.

      Cons

      Incompetent Leadership. Taken over by Indians. 90% of IT outsourced an replaced with cheap labor. Forced to train our replacements who had very little understanding of the job.
