      Pros

      Supervisors are friendly and helpful. Most of my co workers are helpful and professional. Pay rate is fair with regular increases and lots of opportunities to advance. Work is not hard or overwhelming most days.

      Cons

      Mandated overtime when someone calls off it orders are behind, once in the union there is a limit to how long you can be mandated.

      Pros

      Able to work remotely from Home.

      Cons

      Incompetent Leadership. Taken over by Indians. 90% of IT outsourced an replaced with cheap labor. Forced to train our replacements who had very little understanding of the job.
