      The company is huge and has lots of opportunities at the corporate headquarters! People are mostly very nice and the pay is competitive! Nice perks since it is a prominent employer in the city.

      The city of memphis is going through a rough patch and can be a less than desirable place to live.

      Able to work remotely from Home.

      Cons

      Incompetent Leadership. Taken over by Indians. 90% of IT outsourced an replaced with cheap labor. Forced to train our replacements who had very little understanding of the job.
