Lots of off days with current 12 hour shift. Good pay. Good benefits. IP gives production workers both a 401k match as well as a pension.
Cons
Strict absentee policy with no excused absence. It forces many people to apply for FMLA to protect their jobs. Management has high turnover and different regimes have different priorities and management styles.
