      Decent pay for job, overtime offered.

      Cons

      Supervisors are mindless zombies that do anything there told by managment without stating difficulties their employee struggles with, they are bias towards certain employees, and are obnoxious and frustrated easily.

      Used to be well respected in the area and stable. Decent severance.

      Cons

      No longer stable. Outsourced IT department in maintenance mode. Two consecutive years of major layoffs and countless plant closures. No advancement opportunities anymore.
