      Pros

      Great benefits and great people.

      Cons

      More family time would be a bonus. It's hard being that you have kids and you're at work it seems like 90% of the time. Rotating shifts so you miss out on your kids activities but you have to have a job to take care of them.

      Pros

      Used to be well respected in the area and stable. Decent severance.

      Cons

      No longer stable. Outsourced IT department in maintenance mode. Two consecutive years of major layoffs and countless plant closures. No advancement opportunities anymore.
