When I first started working here was during covid. Things were so crazy that I didn't stop and think about benefits and the way nurses are treated and employees overall. Stepping back and working at in a less crazy location. I see that nurses are underpaid, and understaffed here. We get yearly raises, however, our insurance, cafeteria food, and other get a massive increase as well. So the raise cancels out. We are clocked in by the min instead of 15 min increments. We used to be allowed 6 occurrences every 90 days which an occurrence was taken off when 90 days hits. Now its 6 occurrences a year. I feel like this company is going more for profit on employees. We do get rewards, but they made it more diffcult to earn them. We used to be able to earn 50 intermountain live well points towards a 50$ gift card. But now the minimum you need to earn is 100 because they raised the prize dollar amount as well. That way less people can earn them.
