Pros
A great company to work for in theory. Stable, consistent and great benefits. Depending on which office/department you end up in, you might get lucky to be amongst some good people.
Cons
Horrific office politics, gaslighting and manipulative management. Formal complaints go unheard and advancement is only possible if you play into the gossip and trash talking. Pay is mediocre and growth is slow. The phrase “good old boys club” is frequent in use and in practice.
