Pros

Co-workers are usually friendly, talented and easy to work with. You may find one cool project every now and then, but gotta be patient.

Okay buckle up because this is a true outlook of what Interbrand is like as of 2025. -CEO doesn't even know what is doing. A salesman with no vision, no direction, zero alignment... not to speak about engagement and popularity within employees. Will rate him 3/10 in the Brand Strength CEO scale, and the previous one was even worst. - HR department is non-existent. It is truly a joke. They talk about how important people is, but you are not even an asset, just a random number. Nobody know what they do, but they keep implementing processes for evaluation and reviews that nobody understands where there's still no clear career paths or internal programs. It's all over the place. -Omnicom policies are used as a excuse for EVERYTHING that's bad within the company, and trust me, there are a lot of bad things: salaries, raises, work-life balance, relocations, massive lay-offs, frozen benefits, etc... they will always have a excuse for everything but will never tell the truth. -Client roster is boring and demotivating as hell. The company feels like an aching old man. Methodologies are cool but devoid of meaning. They don't know where to go next. There used to be exciting plans about the future but they just forgot about them and focused on reanimating dead corpses. - One of the internal values is "Listen First", the joke is told by itself, as there's EXTREME CONTROL from both, Interbrand and Omnicom about working hours, work locations and mandatory time back in the office. They want you back to heat the chair so the CEO, and therefore daddy Omnicom are happy that they are paying for physical spaces that are not empty. They say it's about "building culture" when literally killing the last glimpse of motivation from their employees. Yeah, you better "listen first" to the rules because you are better ignored. -They say they are undergoing a transformation, but truth is they are undergoing a crisis, free falling in popularity and motivation within employees (critical) and clients worldwide. Their solutions? Let's tighten the leash up a bit more and more until you are happy with obsessive control culture and rigid outdated rules. Ask anyone on LinkedIn, they will only confirm. They have a great pool of great talent willing to run from there on the first chance they have so: dear competitors, your move.

Pros

-Fun, smart people -Big name clients and (some) interesting projects -Decent work-life balance (but this is not true for everyone/ every role)

Cons

-Lots of change and many rounds of layoffs in the last year+ -Many big-egoed senior leaders who are difficult to work with and do not care about team's development -Projects can become very rinse and repeat; ultimately most clients have the same fundamental brand problems -Recent austerity measures due to IPG acquisition + internal politics = VERY slow to promote people -Once you reach a certain level, your growth maxes out unless you are buddies with the CEO and able to get into a global leadership position -Mandated 3 days/week in-office for ALL employees regardless of role, situation, or location
