    I worked at Interbrand

    Pros

Smart people, decent clients, autonomy though at the expense of the expectation to just "figure it out" and "fake it till you make it"...surely Interbrand owes it's clients more than that?!

    Cons

No leadership, crazy hours, no recognition for hard work (I.e. No promotions or bonus), low morale (due to poor senior leadership - I.e former MD), substandard office space, high turnover.

I worked at Interbrand full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Opportunity for some employees to transfer to other global offices. Large network from which to pull new ideas.

    Cons

Lack of leadership. More concerned about bottom-line than staff. Very low compensation, minimal to no pay raises. Long hours are not compensated. Very little appreciation for the work being done. Low employee morale. Not the greatest work product.

I worked at Interbrand full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Ability to work on variety of projects

    Cons

No salary increase, no rewards for hard work and long hours, offices in North America suffer due to the New York office being the "big boss"

    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Interbrand full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Some great people, some great projects and opportunities.

    Cons

Some really cutthroat people who would willingly throw you under the bus to advance themselves. Very New York-centric for what is supposed to be a global company.

I worked at Interbrand full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Interbrand remains the top player in the industry. You will work with the sharpest colleagues and top-notch clients (Fortune 50, big tech etc.). If you want to do consulting/brand strategy, Interbrand is truly the place to be. You will work on impactful projects that make you feel satisfied with the work you do (client's genuinely seek our input, decks don't just die in email inboxes). Interbrand has experienced a lot of growth in recent years and continues to be trending up. Employees are bright, kind, and the type of people you genuinely want to be friends with (this is so important in such a team-based environment). Interbrand really gives you the room to grow and push if that's what you want to do - it some ways (although we're part of Omnicom) it feels like a smaller, entrepreneurial environment. Lastly, there's really strong leadership that respects you as a member of the team and always keeps in mind your goals and helps you get there.

    Cons

Sounds unlikely - but there's really nothing major. Minor things - but the subscription IT service that Omnicom has is not great (classic mediocre enterprise IT support - waiting on hold for a long time, playing phone tag to get a hold of someone etc.). Hours can be a tad unpredictable - but you'll have that anywhere in the client services world. Also, if you have a conflict or a Dr.'s appointment etc. everyone is respectful and understands.

  10. "Former employee"

I worked at Interbrand full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Good culture and a real family vibe

    Cons

A little messy in terms of onboaring new employees
