My supervisors, coworkers, and everyone else I met were very friendly and smart. I felt challenged; communication was good; and I could seek help when I was stuck.

My supervisor seemed to overwork himself, but that seemed to be a personal choice. And management encouraged him to work less.

- Complete support from the executive team in career growth and opportunities - Acknowledgment of work done and employee effort, on a regular basis - Incredibly talented employees that provide such an amazing product, lends itself to completely attainable revenue plan and future growth. - Team environment; everyone is involved in the successes of the company - IK provides wellness programs and wonderful employee incentives for healthy living. - The CEO is smart and very well respected both personally and professionally. She is very hands off but, completely accessible when/if any help is needed and, only encourages growth and success. - The company gives back to the community by having IK Day of Giving - where employees go and help to refurbish parks, clean up schools, etc

- It's tough deciding which cup of gourmet coffee to brew in the company kitchen or which incredible benefit package to select. Too many great choices!
