Incredibly talented people in every position. It's like a family - everyone cares about what we do within the team, and for our customers. RECESS is such a great way for us to all test out the latest technologies - R&D time is super important.

We need to find more great people who are really talented and will understand and be an active part of our unique culture.
The new management team has very questionable ethics and puts down any employee who speaks up about issues and risks on project work. It's a "everyone drinks the koolaide" type of vibe, or you are out. Low paying salaries as well with very little opportunity for career advancement.
