      None, if you want experience at a non profit this is not the place to get it.

      Cons

      Terrible management and support. Discouraging of asking for help and horrible trainings. Horribly unhelpful managers who do you have any interest in helping. A very caddy work environment.

      Au Pair USA is a great place to work at. I feel very supportive in my position, and my team is very helpful and friendly.

      Host families and au pairs might reach out to you at any time if you don’t set clear boundaries.
