Good culture, a lot of days off and sick days, flexible working schedule, nice people.
Cons
Product wasn't exciting for me, not sure what or why I was doing in the company. There is some legacy that you have to work with. Company degraded in terms of product direction during the last few years that I worked there, but that might be subjective.
